Forum Rules

AVATAR LIMITS

* 1 - Its size cannot be greater than 150x150 pixels (height x width).
* 2 - It shouldn't be offensive in any way.
* 3 - Maximum size is 300kb (jpeg/gif).
* 4 - Obscene pictures are not allowed.

SIGNATURE LIMITS

* 1 - Maximum Number of Lines: 5
* 2 - Maximum Font Size: 2
* 3 - Image placed in the signature cannot be bigger than 200x500 pixels (height x width) and 350KB (whichever is smaller).
* 4 - Images placed in the signature cannot be offensive in any way.
* 5 - One image can be used in the signature.
* 6 - Advertising wares-related forums and server in the signature is strongly prohibited (will resolve in a signature deletion).
* 7 - A signature cannot contain any links to a Blog or Forum.
* 8 - Obscene pictures are not allowed.
* 9 - We are not allowed your signature to put some mp3 or youtube we will delete your signature + infected.

GENERAL POSTING RULES

* 1 - Before making a post use the SEARCH function.
* 2 - Don't use CAPS in your post, it could look offensive.
* 3 - Use [code] tag in posting links.
* 4 - Add your links to existing topics (if there are any).
* 5 - Information is crucial so always add it to Your post (screen shots, if available, as well).
* 6 - If You want to add a reply to Your topic, please use the EDIT button if possible instead of making double-posts.
* 7 - Do not Flood our board.
* 8 - Do not bump old threads just to say the links are dead or to ask for a Re-upload. Use the appropriate REQUEST section instead. or Pm administrator or staff.
* 9 - Do not post links to any Forums/Sites as Advertisement.
* 10 - If a post requires a fix (crack, key generator, patch links or serial numbers) to make it work, also include them in your post.

MUSIC SECTION POSTING RULES

* 1 - Link Stealing is strictly prohibited. If original uploader was not given credit.
* 2 - Pinoy Underground Staff respect uploaders who put passwords in their post provided that they will be responsible enough to respond to all password requests.
* 3 - Please follow Title Format for our Music Section located in its respective threads (Posted in Sticky).

ALLOWED REQUESTS

* 1 - Take your time to and use the SEARCH function to see whether a similar request has already been made.
* 2 - Request should be made in the appropriate sections.
* 3 - Don't make requests in topics! We have a request section.
* 4 - Do not request stuff that is out of this planet (Quake 6, UT 2010 etc...)
* 5 - Do not request hacking utilities, flooders, email harvesters/spam tools, virus development tools/tutorials.
* 6 - Be precise when requesting: write EXACTLY what you are searching for.
* 7 - Do not bump a request if nobody replied to your question. You have to wait at least 3 days until you bump your request.
* 8 - When a request is fulfilled please take Your time to PM a moderator to close the topic.
* 9 - Do say "Thank You" to those, who have helped you.
* 10 - Please refer to our Request Format located in our Request Section.

Ways to get a WARNING/INFRACTION or a BAN
Major Offenses [Automatic BAN will be imposed to the user]

* 1 - Arguing with a Administrator, Super Moderators, Moderators.
* 2 - User accounts including the Staff should not be left Logged-On unattended for somebody might use it and might do something to harm the Community. Every user is LIABLE for the action of the person who stole/borrowed their account.
* 3 - LINK STEALING TO and FROM the Community is a major offense.

Minor Offenses [Banning/Infraction/Warning are not Permanent]

* 1 - Reposts (one mistake can happen, if it happens often you will receive an official warning)
* 2 - Requesting hacking, cracking, phreaking, flooding, spamming utilities.
* 3 - Advertising other forums. (if advertised "too much" a warning or ban will be given)
* 4 - Private Messaging Spamming.
* 5 - Flame wars. [both people involved will receive a warning]
* 6 - Posting of religious stuff. EXCEPT religious music.
* 7 - Racist Talk or Ideas.
* 8 - Going off-topic can get you warned at moderators discretion.
* 9 - If you redeem yourself, you will lose the warnings through time.

REPORTING POSTS

* 1 - Please report Duplicate or Offensive posts. (Through PM)
* 2 - Always give link to the thread you are reporting
* 3 - Do not post anything in the thread itself - this is considered bumping a dead topic or contributing to an offensive thread.
* 4 - In the case of spammers - do not reply to the thread or give them any attention apart from reporting by PM.
* 5 - Dead Links can be reported in a thread provided for everyone in every threads.

HOW TO BECOME A STAFF MEMBER

1 - Don’t ask any of the staff if you can become a Staff. If we think you are doing great and will need more staff we will contact you.
